Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for successful deployment of HR Processes, Systems and Services as part of the HR Service Desk team liken to a Call center, helpdesk concept.
Other duties includes but not limited to:
- Provide support in the full spectrum of HR duties involving employee database maintenance, payroll enquiries, headcount report, expatriate housing, MOM matters, leave administration, involving benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in the Time Attendance System Administration and Payroll queries
- Assist in other HRIS related issues, eg. Leave related queries, medical claims, Attendance system
- Assist and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Assist in the support structure with AMD IT for SAP systems and with vendors for Non-SAP systems
- Assist in the enhancements of the existing systems and interfaces
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Employment Act & Labor Law.
- Thorough knowledge of company's HR policies, including rules & regulations of company.
- Able to handle system related issues on the spot, eg. Servicedesk, Call centre /HelpDesk specialist. Prior experience in handling HRIS and have a flair in managing HRIS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with people of all levels, with government authorities and agencies.
- Help build and maintain effective teams.
- Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
