Challenge your knowledge of best practice in talent management. This is a highly compelling role whereby you will design, develop and implement an integrated talent strategy, and specific programs, policies and processes that will directly contribute to the sustainable business performance of the organisation and reflect the current needs and future trends of human capital requirements. This includes succession planning and development, talent classification and policy, and the development and tracking of talent plans for key employees.
You will also be playing a key role in managing talent risk and maintaining the quality of the internal and external talent pipelines, at all levels of seniority. You will be working in close collaboration with your colleagues across the broader HR function, ensuring the talent proposition is well aligned.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience within a world-class talent management function. You should also have robust strategic ability and hands on delivery skills coupled with a minimum of 5-8 years as a specialist in the talent management space. Excellent communication, business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector, or other consumer facing industry will be highly regarded. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment is critical.
