Our client, a well established US financial services provider is currently building out its learning and OD capability. A key member of the Global Learning & Organisational Development leadership you will support the definition and implementation of business strategy and policy globally in relation to Global Learning & Organisational Development objectives and plans.

Reporting to the Head of Global Learning & Organisation Development. You will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of Global Talent, Learning & Organisation Development programmes and consultancy within Asia Pacific.  You will serve as a functional expert, thought leader, and resource for the HR organisation and senior executives in the globally in relation to employee engagement and employee / management development challenges and the integration of key models, programs and policies relating to all areas of Talent/Learning & Organisational Development in APAC.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of organisational policies, processes, procedures and interventions to ensure that business needs are met in the region.  You will also be responsible for the oversight, management and development of OD Consultants and Trainers in the APAC region. 

Partner with the wider HR community globally and liaise with other executives so as to understand all necessary aspects of their needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of global learning and OD objectives, plans and achievements. Provide regional thought leadership to HR and the business on the Corporation’s people development needs, such as the Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent, Employee Engagement and Career Management.  Cultivate strong working relationships with senior levels of the organisation across APAC.
