They are looking for a Head of Learning and Development and Organisation Development (L&OD) who will drive the organistions learning agenda with a key focus on Change Management and OD
This role will involve working closely with a highly intelligent and motivated stakeholder group to deliver on the overall effectiveness of the organisation.
This role has key focus areas on Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Talent Development and Change Management.
Candidates will have

Leadership experience in a Organsiational Effectiveness

Extensive experience in Leadership and Talent Development

Substantial experience in Change Management

Experience working within a fast paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
