One of the world leading pharmaceutical organisations, with their Asia Pacific headquarters based in Singapore, is currently looking for a Head of Human Resources to look after the region.
With a remit across 14 countries and over 3500 employees, you will be responsible for the strategic plan and implementation of all human resources functions for the APAC region. You focus will be to plan, direct, implement and monitoring HR strategies, policies and programs region, ensuring consistency and compliance with the corporate HR policies and strategies.
Reporting into the Managing Director of the business, and a dotted line into Global HR, your role will be to add value as a business partner and organise the HR functions in alignment and optimal support of the Company’s business goals. You will act as a communication bridge between Corporate HR and the APAC affiliates and represent the APAC region within the wider HR Leadership Team.
The future candidate will be a university graduate with a minimum of 10 years HR managerial experience, preferably gained in a regional role. Your global and multicultural exposure, along with a proven track record in driving and delivering global initiatives as well as communicating and influencing, will be key to the success of this role.
