Charged with supporting our client's full spectrum of businesses and functions, your core responsibilities will be to build HR capability, develop and align the HR strategy to the business plan, and drive successful delivery of HR operational support and processes, and advice to the client group, according to HR governance and business requirements.
Additionally, you will develop HR plans that support the business group through a major organisation change project. You will also ensure the successful enhancement and implementation of standard annual HR processes such salary review, performance reviews, talent management and succession planning etc. Develop and maintain strong client group relationships, provide strategic advice and proactively manage the daily interface with client groups. Manage and develop the regional HR team across Asia Pacific. You will also have high levels of involvment in the development and implementation of broader global HR projects.
You should have demonstrated expertise in a similar role, ideally within a world-class multinational organisation. Previous experience supporting a large-scale, organisation-wide change management project is highly desirable. Candidates should have working knowledge of the Asia region.
