Challenging senior position

This is a strategic HR role with our client, encompassing full spectrum of human resources functions. In this role you will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction for the HR operations and administration that will include payroll and benefits, succession planning, talent management, recruitment.

To qualify, you will hold a degree in a HR related field, with at least ten years of experience in HR operations and administration. Experience in a management position with a strong understanding of the local labour regulations and employment laws are essential. You will possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with diverse group of people.

You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team and steer the group towards initiating HR best practices and ensuring compliance of the group.
