Our client is an international leader in the Professional Services sector with a very niche business model.
With a headcount of around 10,000 people, spread across over 50 countries across the globe, they have a very strong, sizable business that is set for further growth.
Operating from Singapore, my client is looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of Recruitment Managers across the world. This role is diverse and fast paced and will involve working on many short notice, challenging recruitment projects.

Partner closely with the business to understand international workforce requirements

Develop and drive an unrivalled Employee Brand and Employee Value Proposition

Consistently build the Employee talent pipeline, working closely with Universities and utilizing online media.

Work closely with the Compensation team to develop competitive salary and benefits
Successful candidates would have

An international background, having either regional or global recruitment experience

Strong in-house recruitment experience working in a fast paced environment

Experience in managing a team of experienced recruiters across various geographies

Experience in Project recruitment, short notice, quick turnaround requirements
