Our client is an established multinational with a strong global footprint. An opportunity now exists for a talent with a hybrid experience / exposure in change management, training, communications, and process improvement to join them in their Leadership Training team. The team is envisioned as a platform to cultivate a broader and sustainable cultural transformation in the organization. It is embarking on a Change Management program to drive awareness and improve skillsets.
Reporting to Head of Leadership Programme and working closely with the business leaders, you will support various business units towards achieving the team initiatives globally. You will support the Head of Leadership Programme to design, develop and deploy an effective and efficient training program for Lean and Process improvement methodologies with the organization. You will also support the value stream mapping of business processes and developing best practices checklists. You serve to identify, implement and communicate initiatives and strategies to motivate and encourage change management towards the vision of the Leadership Programme amongst the key stakeholders of staff, management and vendors.
You have good communication skills and have experience in cross project/functions and business management. People Management skill is a must. You have prior experience in all or most areas including change management, project management, communications, training and development. Lean/Six Sigma skillset will be strong advantage.
