A giant in the logistics and supply chain arena, our client seeks a stellar Global HRIS Director to be part of their dynamic team. This will afford the right candidate solid exposure within a truly international organization.

Reporting to the head of Global Rewards & HRIS, you are subject matter expert and will provide consult to global HR customers to provide both technical and functional IT support. You have a clear sight of business challenges and will improve systems through process automation and enhancements. You will Identify and define the business requirements (functional and others) of all IT based tools and products and work with Group IT to deliver these IT based tools and products. Technically sound, you will manage the creation and deployment of information systems and solutions galvanize various components of HR functionality.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in HRIS and have experience in implementing regional HRIS system in recent years. You are degree qualified and have at least 8-10years of HRIS in both consultancy and corporate environments. You have clear communication skills and are attuned to business needs. You have a track record in driving operational efficiency within matrix MNCs and posses a hands on work style. You are a mature and corporate savvy individual with the gravitas and presence to deal with C-level managers.
