Strategic Human Resource Function
Our client, a leading government organization, is looking for General Manager, Human Resource (HR) to join the Senior Management team.
Reporting to the Director of Operation, you will be leading a team and responsible for full spectrum of HR Management. You will provide advice to line managers on HR matters to achieve operational and strategic objectives. You will also lead the team to conceptualize, design and implement appropriate HR policies and value-added services to ensure optimal performance. You will negotiate, consult and collaborate with the union in respect of the Collective Agreement and all staff matters
To be successful in the role, you are a Degree holder with minimum 10 years of HR experience, of which 5 years in senior management capacity in large organization. You have excellent knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations and human capital practices. Previous experience in managing union is preferred. Overall, you are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff.
