Diversity Leader, Asia Pacific

A global conglomerate with diversified product offerings, this organization provides creative innovation and solutions to customers across the businesses they operate in. Known for developing their top talent, this organization is looking for an experienced individual to develop strategic diversity solutions for the organisation. You will be responsible for tailoring diversity solutions to suit local market needs. You need to possess a strong understanding and knowledge of culture in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with businesses and functions in the region to drive solutions that will lead to an inclusive and diverse work environment
  • Provide input and manage implementation of new diversity programs and policies for the region
  • Work close with key stakeholders to identify critical diversity issues and develop long term sustainable solutions
  • Responsible for driving change leadership to key business lines
  • Identify key talents and resources within the business and build champion networks
  • Drive top level discussions and work closely with business resource groups and regional diversity networks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in diversity & inclusion or human resources
  • Proven record in diversity solutions to address business needs
  • Possess strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Excellent people manager and influencer with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Skills and experience in diagnosing business issues and implement HR or D&I initiatives
  • Ability to be creative and proactive in crafting solutions for the business
