SMRT Corporation Ltd – Director/Deputy Director, Human Resource

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, you will lead the HR Business Support and Employee Relations Teams. Working closely with heads of key strategic business units, you will need to provide operational HR advice and support to build HR excellence and leverage on our human capital. You will also play an important role in initiating and implementing people strategies and programmes which support our new businesses regionally.

Requirements:

You should have a relevant Degree with at least 8 years of senior human resource leadership experience with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You should possess a customer-focused mindset and be comfortable to interact with people of all levels. In addition, you must be hands-on, result driven and be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and skills to drive change.
