Due to a fast expanding business, there is now an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their inclusive team.
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be involved in the review and development of both compensation and benefits strategy, policies and programs to ensure total compensation competitiveness. This will include areas in performance share schemes, incentives, allowances and salary structures. Primarily, you will serve as an internal compensation and benefits expert to the functions under your charge and provide the necessary support in any policy changes and to ensure alignment with the company’s overall C&B philosophy. In FY 2013, you can also look forward to leading or assisting in various key projects such as job sizing, review of performance share schemes and valuation & branding of benefits.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you would have 5 to 7 years of Compensation and/or Benefits experience and achieved a high level of proficiency in analytical and statistical work. The ability to work on excel with a large database of numbers is a requirement, as well strong written and presentation skills.
