A leading market player with an established brand name and an international presence, the FMCG giant presents an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and well  qualified  HR professional to be part of their leadership them.

As an ASEAN C&B director, you are part of the strategic HR team, playing a key role in providing both strategic and operational leadership in Total Rewards. The role encompasses base and variable pay plans, benefits, expatriate management and market competitiveness. You ensure a robust C&B structure that aligns with both corporate and business goals and partner closely in driving high level HR strategizing in Talent Attraction, Development and Talent Retention.

Degree qualified, you have 15 to 20 years of experience with a strong knowledge in C&B. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus but not necessary. You have a proven track record in driving C&B strategy in a fast paced environment. Prior experience operating in a transformational HR environment is advantageous. You engage effectively with the senior management team and possess strong influencing skills.
