This client is a conglomerate with a reasonable portion of its business within the Oil and Gas industry. Due to expansion within its HR function a new requirement has become available for an APAC Compensation and Benefits Manager to be based from their offices based in Singapore.

 

Handling the entire APAC remit you will ensure a robust C&B structure that aligns with both corporate and business goals whilst partnering closely in driving high level HR. This role will strategise in Talent Attraction, development and Talent Retention.  Formulating and reviewing group-wide pay policies, such as pay benchmarks, remuneration mix and calibration principles for both short-term and long term incentive schemes.

 

Ideally you will possess 6 years of working experiences in regional compensation work with a very good understanding of various fixed and variable C&B, programs with proven experience in compensation planning/budgeting, program implementation and administration and strong conceptual and analytical abilities being pro-active, hands-on and driven with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure and ideally passionate about HR work and possess a strong resilience.
