AVP, Training and Development
We represent a client which has a strong footprint globally across the continents, this is a blue chip bank which has performed consistently well in the sector.
Due to an expanding business and continued growth in Asia, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Training and Development professional to look after the corporate functions. The role of this facilitator will be full spectrum, looking into the design, programs and implementation of curriculum for stakeholder including group technology, finance, human resources, legal as well as compliance and risk. Our role has an emphasis on management of learning & development and contains some element of stand-up delivery.
Ideally, this person will have between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience from a banking, financial institution environment and with the ability to interface with stakeholders- understanding their perspective and needs and propose appropriate intervention plans to ensure the overall professional development of the teams.
