We represent a leading global financial services firm with a dynamic and people-oriented culture. A prime opportunity has arisen within their HR team for a generalist to be based in Singapore to support their front office business.
Reporting to the VP, you will work as a strategic partner to the various business leaders and help enhance performance through appropriate advice and delivery of best-practice service to internal clients. Key responsibilities will include overall accountability for recruitment and retention strategies, proactive relationship management, and driving talent and people development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is degree-qualified and possesses at least 5 years HR experience with a major financial institution in the Asia Pacific region. Good understanding of the banking industry is essential, as is knowledge of the Singapore employment law. A self-starter who works well independently and in a team, you are able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal clients. The right attitude is crucial; we seek someone who is self-motivated and committed with a flexible and energetic work approach.
