Manager, Compensation and Benefits
Our client is well established in the pharmaceutical industry- they have a winning business formula which caused them to be successful across 50 countries with their top best selling products. Due to the high growth in Asia Pacific, there is now an opportunity for an experienced professional to join their rewards team.
This position will play a key role in Asia Pacific Compensation & Benefits issues, ensuring that the policies and structures continue to be competitive, attracting the best talents and retaining them. You will work closely with the HR teams in Singapore as well as the various countries, interfacing closely with Head of Departments and senior stakeholders. You will be expected to contribute significantly in policy formulation, implementation of best practices and value add to business decisions. There is high emphasis for Human Resources to be a business partner and this person will be expected to be very visible in the organisation.
The ideal candidate should come with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experiences in an MNC, progressive environment. This individual should be passionate about his/her profession and come across as commercial, influencing as well as with the ability to be both hands-on and strategic.
