Our client is a large local corporation with investments in several international businesses. Due to current growth, they would like to invite a human resource leader to guide their team of experienced HR Managers.    


  • Act as a HR Business Partner to various Heads of Operations and ensure smooth daily running for the entire unit under your care
  • Advise on key HR strategies such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment & Retention   
  • Responsible for Employee Engagement, Staff Discipline and HR Management  
  • Promote a high performance mindset, manage department budgeting and its required reporting through in-depth analysis
  • Ensure union/collective agreements work in tandem with business objectives


  • Degree qualified from a recognised institution  
  • At least 13 years of HR experience with about 4-6 years as a senior manager
  • Working knowledge of Shared Services model and local labour laws is essential
  • Background within MNCs or large fast-paced work environments
  • Effectively bilingual in English and another SEA language is highly desired
