Role & Responsibilities
This role will be part of the HR management team that influences the strategic direction for HR. You will play a critical role in leading the Learning and Development team to implement and evaluate people development initiatives in Temasek Polytechnic.
You will oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the training and development function, develop philosophy and policies, deliver programs for training, talent management and leadership development. You will also be involved in other HR initiatives and activities.
Requirements
- An HR professional who has a passion for people development
- A team player who is pro-active and resilient
- Good degree in HR Development or Management and preferably a certified People Developer Assessor
- More than 12 years of hands-on working experience in HR development and management
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Public and private sector experiences in PD certified organizations will have an added advantage
