There is now an opportunity for a Human Resources professional to manage the assessment, talent and development initiatives in the region.

 The role of an Assessment and Development Manager will be to drive the management development processes in Asia Pacific.  You will act as a consultant to the business on organizational development issues as well as being hands-on in developing training modules and delivering training to middle and senior managers. This individual will also be integral to the design, development and implementation of a regional assessment centre and championing a competency based approach to recruitment, assessment and development by building on the company’s values and existing resources.

 The ideal candidate should ideally have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in the area of Assessment and/or Learning and Development, relevant university education, and a track record of achievements in a fast paced environment. You will be self-motivated, analytical and possess strong business acumen to effectively consult with management.  Excellent communication and presentation skills will be an important consideration in the selection process.
