Sandeep Khanna, Lead – People & Organisation Development, Grab
Sandeep Khanna has taken on the role of People and Organisation Development at transport app Grab.
Prior to this, Khanna was the Regional Learning and Development Partner for Asia-Pacific at Facebook for two years.
As the Regional Partner for Learning and Development, his role was to enable people within Facebook to become better equipped to deliver the company’s vision of making the world “more open and connected”.
Khanna says he is “passionate about building people and organisations for a digital world”. He possesses a unique combination of over 25 years of branding and marketing experience in Asia, coupled with his natural affinity for people development.
Josephine Sambajon, Head of HR at ICBC Bank Indonesia
Josephine Sambajon joined ICBC Bank Indonesia earlier this year as its Head of HR.
In this role, she leads the HR department to drive business performance and organisational change through the development and execution of the people strategy, while maintaining high standards of compliance with employment regulation.
Sambajon was previously the senior vice president of performance and rewards at Ekonomi Raharja Bank for six years. There, she ensured the alignment of the business strategy and the external environment, so as to create an effective performance and reward structure that supported sustainable business results.
She started her career in HR in 1998 at Dutch bank ABN AMRO.
Rachel Lim, Regional Training Specialist, Facebook
Rachel Lim has been appointed Regional Training Specialist at social media site Facebook, where she will work in the Business Integrity Team.
She joins Facebook from Shopee, where as its Regional Learning and Development (L&D) specialist, managed the company’s L&D strategy and initiatives for over 2000 employees in seven countries across Southeast Asia.
Lim is an experienced regional training professional with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. She is versed in learning and people management, organisational learning, and leadership.
