Mansi Agarwal, Executive Director of HR – Asia-Pacific, Avon
Mansi Agarwal has been promoted to the role of Executive HR Director for Asia-Pacific at UK cosmetics company Avon.
In this role, Agarwal is the HR head for all countries across Asia-Pacific for both commercial and manufacturing operations.
She was promoted from the position of Regional Talent Management Director, during which she was responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive talent management strategy for Asia-Pacific, and led organisational transformation.
Agarwal has 20 years’ experience in leadership hiring, talent management, employee development, and creating high-performance culture.
Kevin Chua, Senior HR Director, Asia-Pacific, Medtronic
Eugene Chua is now Senior HR Director of medical devices maker Medtronic Asia-Pacific.
Chua, who took on this role in June, will serve as the HR Business Partner for the Minimally Invasive Therapy Group (MITG) and Quality & Regulatory Affairs division.
Before joining Medtronic, Chua led science research firm Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Asia-Pacific talent acquisition team, where he was in charge of 30 in-country talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, scouters, and coordinators.
He is an experienced HR Business Partner, with specialist expertise in talent management, organisation development, and talent acquisition in Fortune 500 companies.
Prem Bhagat, Regional HR Business Partner, Jones Lang Lasalle
Prem Bhagat has joined real estate firm Jones Lang Lasalle as Regional HR Business Partner.
As the HR Business Partner for Asia-Pacific, Bhagat will be driving the company’s people strategy to help the company transform its workplace and business.
“Having worked in the IT, Retail and the start-up space for over 17 years, it was time to move into the real estate services and outsourcing business where technology is redefining the future of work,” Bhagat wrote on LinkedIn regarding the role.
Prior to Jones Lang Lasalle, he was an HR director at Redmart, Luxottica, and Cisco Systems. He has over 15 years’ experience in organisational structure and design, recruitment, resource management, workforce planning, and more.
