Debashish ChatterjeeDebashish Chatterjee, Vice President of HR at SPX FLOW, Inc.

Debashish Chatterjee has been promoted to the role of Vice President of HR at global industrial manufacturing company SPX Flow.

He remains the Head of HR for the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the Head of the Global Compensation Centre of Excellence for the enterprise.

Chatterjee, an HR veteran with over 15 years’ of talent management experience, will oversee all HR operations across the company’s footprint, which includes Australia, China, India, Japan, Singapore and South Korea.

He writes that he is “a business-focused functional partner; with significant experience of developing and implementing HR strategy to deliver business objectives in multi-national organisations”.

Henry BudiartoHenry Budiarto, Chief Talent Officer, Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food

Earlier this year, Henry Budiarto joined Indonesian food manufacturing giant as Chief Talent Officer.

Based out of Indonesia, he will oversee all of the company’s people operations, while working with company leaders on achieving business objectives.

Budiarto was previously the Head of Learning and Development at CIMB Niaga bank from 2012 to 2017.

He has almost 20 years of HR and learning and development experience, having also served as the Head of Talent and Organisational Development at HSBC Indonesia from 2008 to 2010.

Maggie Xin Sun, SHRM- SCPMaggie Xin Sun, Acting Director of HR – Americas, GlassPoint Solar

Maggie Xin Sun, HR Director for China at solar steam generator producer GlassPoint Solar, has taken on additional responsibilities as the Acting Director of HR – Americas.

Shuttling between the company’s US headquarters in California and Guangdong, China, she will lead both operations in parallel on a temporary basis.

As the HR Director for China, her job is to supervise HR and administrative personnel to provide professional and high quality HR and administrative services to the China organisation.

Sun has twelve years of HR Business Partner and Generalist experience in Fortune 500 companies as well as SMEs across various industries.
