ANNIE LIMAnnie Lim, Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Sanofi

Annie Lim has been promoted to the role of Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead as part of the Global People and Leadership Development Centre of Excellence team at pharmaceutical company Sanofi.

She takes on the position after having spent nearly two years as the Regional Talent Management Lead for the company’s Asia-Pacific, China, and Japan markets.

Lim, who started her career as a HR Generalist at GSK 25 years ago, has experience in the areas of talent management and acquisition, career transition and leadership development, HR transformation, change management, and international recruitment.

Franck TarareFranck Tarare, Senior HR Business Partner, Pictet Group

Franck Tarare has moved back to Geneva, Switzerland to take on a new portfolio as Senior HR Business Partner at Swiss financial services firm Pictet Group.

Tarare was previously based in Singapore for five years as Asia Head of HR, where among other things, he:  developed direct reports by providing challenging and stretching tasks and assignments; established HR as visible and a high value business partner; and ensure HR data integrity.

Tarare started his HR career in 2000 with Upturn One. Prior to that, he was a professional soccer player for ten years.

Giang Huong HoGiang Huong Ho, HR Business Partner, Techcombank

Giang Huong Ho has joined Vietnam bank Techcombank as HR Business Partner.

Based in Hanoi, she will act as a strategic partner to the management team of the serviced departments, consult line managers on HR-related solutions/ policies to ensure consistent and fair implementation, and achieving business result at the same time with strong support by all HR specialist heads (Strategy and reward, learning and development, and compensation and benefits).

Ho has a Master of Business Administration and Management from the l'École Universitaire de Management de l'Université de Rennes.
