Sulaxmi PrasadSulaxmi Prasad, Head of Talent and Rewards, Digi Telecommunications

Sulaxmi Prasad has been promoted to the role of Head of Talent and Rewards at Malaysian telco Digi Telcommunications.

In this role, Prasad oversees the company’s compensation and benefits programmes.

Prior to this appointment, she was Digi’s Head of Performance, Rewards and Analytics, where she was in charge of strategy, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes for a fast moving, transforming organisation.

She writes that she is a “global rewards professional with deep experience in global compensation, benefits, performance and mobility”.

Ravi BhogarajuRavi Bhogaraju, Business Integration Lead, Korea, Archroma

Ravi Bhogaraju has taken on a new portfolio at chemical company Archroma as the Business Integration Lead of South Korea.

This is on top of his current role as the company’s Global Head of Talent and Devlopment, where he partners with the Group Executive team, and leads the design and delivery of programmes through the Archroma Academy – in the areas of leadership development, commercial excellence and operational excellence.

Bhogaraju has over 20 years’ HR experience in a wide range of industries, in companies like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Jones Lang Lasalle, and Syngenta.

Damien YAUDamien Yau, Talent Acquisition Partner at Chope

Damien Yau has joined restaurant reservation website Chope as Talent Acquisition Partner, where he will drive the recruitment strategies of the rapidly expanding start-up.

Yau joins Chope from The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where as part of the talent acquisition team, had a key focus on strategic recruitment for sales, marketing and education, regional store design, visual merchandising and project management, HR and finance, and regional supply chain.

He started his career as a consultant with Robert Walters, before progressing to becoming a recruiter at Lazada Group.
