Aaron Lim, Regional HR Business Partner, SEA/South Asia, Klook Travel Technology Limited
Aaron takes on a new role as Regional HR Business Partner for Southeast/South Asia at travel activities and services booking platform, Klook. He comes to Klook most recently from ZALORA, as their Country HR Business Lead for Singapore. Aaron brings with him more than 7 years of HR experience, with areas of expertise spanning across a wide range of HR management portfolios such as employee engagement, talent management and performance management.
In this new role, Aaron reports to the Vice President of HR. He will also work closely with senior stakeholders in the region to align business objectives with people initiatives, and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
Vimal Jose, Senior Consultant – Employee Relations, PayPal
Vimal Jose has started a new role at PayPal’s Asia-Pacific arm, as a senior consultant on the topic of employee relations.
This is Jose's second role in HR, having initially started out as a software engineer for Accenture in India. After almost five years there, Jose started an MBA programme at the Singapore Management University.
During his MBA, Jose began an internship at semi-conductor company and chipmaker AMD. The sint continued upon his aduation, with Jose going on to serve as APAC HR Operations Team Lead and Section Manager - HR (APAC region), respectively.
Swimita Singh, Associate Director HR, Nielsen
Swimita Singh has moved to Nielsen Singapore, where she is the Associate Director for Human Resources.
Previously, Singh was HR Manager and APAC Talent Partner at International Baccalaureate, also in Singapore.
Singh's other HR experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for ASEAN at element14, Singapore, and as Assistant Manager HR in Quality and Compliance at IBM in India.
Singh also ran her own startup, ChordAsia, between 2012 and 2015.
Melissa Gee Kee, Vice President HR - Turkey, Unilever Central Asia (Unica) and Iran, Unilever
Melissa Gee Kee has been promoted to Vice President of HR for Unilever in Turkey, Central Asia, and Iran.
The move marks the latest in a storied stint with the consumer goods giant, where Gee Kee had had multinational experience - starting as Leadership Development Manager for UK and Ireland, before moving on to Leadership and Organisation Development Director for Southeast Asia and Australasia.
Gee Kee's areas of expertise are in organisational development, talent management, and leadership development.
