Josie KangJosie Kang, Talent and Leadership Development Lead, Asia-Pacific, The Heineken Company

Josie Kang is now the Talent and Leadership Development Lead, Asia-Pacific, at beer brewery The Heineken Company.

As the Talent and Leadership Development Lead for Asia-Pacific, Kang works closely with the General Manager and HR Directors of 24 Heineken companies in the region, to drive strategic human capital outcomes for the business.

Prior to this, she was the culture and leadership lead at wine and spirits maker Diageo, where she helped drive Diageo's business strategy for Southeast Asia through accelerating organisational change capability, creating performance mindset and culture, and developing a critical core of dynamic, local leaders.

Kang has over 18 years of HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Culture Transformation experience.

Vishakha Damania , GRPVishakha Damania, Director of Compensation and Benefits, Asia-Pacific, Salesforce

Vishakha Damania has been appointed the Director of Compensation and Benefits at customer relationship management platform Salesforce.

In this new role, effective January 2018, she will lead all compensation and benefits matters of the company for Asia-Pacific.

She joins Salesforce from payment system company Visa, where she was the Director of Total Rewards for six years, based in Singapore.

Damania has expertise in global HR, with specialisation in compensation and mobility.

Angela FloydAngela Floyd, HR Manager, Employee Engagement and Communication, Asia, VF Hong Kong

Angela Floyd has been promoted to the role of HR Manager of Employee Engagement and Communication for Asia at fashion company VF Hong Kong.

This would see her take on more leadership responsibilities. Prior to this, she was the Assistant HR Manager of the same department.

She has almost ten years of HR experience in the Hong Kong market.
