Bernard Coulaty's previously worked at the Danone Group in France, then in the IT industry, and finally with the Pernod Ricard Group as Human Resources Director in France, in the EMEA Region before relocating to Hong Kong in 2009 as Vice President Human Resources for Asia.
As a passionate Human Resources leader, Bernard has developed a thorough practice in employee engagement, talent management and leadership development. Strongly engaged within the business and HR community, Bernard is currently President of the French Chamber HR Committee in Hong Kong and member of the "Observatory of Engagement".
Beyond his operational practice, Bernard is also keen to share his passion for HR with the next generation, teaching and lecturing in business schools and universities. Although New Deal if Employee Engagement is Bernard's first publication, he has regularly contributed articles as well as collaborated on diverse HR publications such as, What Managers Expect and Internationalization and Diversity.
