Sarah Pruscino, Head of Corporate HR - Asia, Middle East and Africa, Intercontinental Hotels Group
Sarah Pruscino has been appointed the head of corporate HR for Asia, Middle East and Africa at hospitality chain Intercontinental Hotels Group.
She took on the role in April 2017, based in Singapore.
She joins from marketing company MullenLowe Group Asia Pacific, where she was the Regional HR Director for Asia-Pacific for three years.
Pruscino says she is “a commercially focused and results driven senior HR leader with extensive experience at country and global level in diverse industries of FMCG, Hospitality and Communications and Marketing.”
She is passionate about people development and seeks to help individuals realise their full potential.
Ma Berdandina Galvez, Senior HR Manager, Light Railway Manila Corporation
Ma Berdandina Galvez recently joined Philippine transport operator Light Rail Manila Corporation as senior HR manager.
Based in Manila, she was previously the head of HR for Food Services Company.
A seasoned HR professional with over ten years of experience in talent management, she was also the HR Director of private tertiary education group University of Perpetual Help System.
In that role, she established HR objectives in line with organisational objectives. She also developed HR strategies by identifying and addressing people issues, contributing vital information and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction.
Stephen Wang has assumed the role of Director for Asia Pacific at HR consulting firm Talent Plus, based in Singapore.
Wang has been part of the organisation’s Asia-Pacific operations team over the past four years.
His expertise ranges from large-scale operations implementations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity and private equity work, to entrepreneurial startups.
In this new role, he will be involved with professional, retail, hospitality, financial and health care sector client partners, focusing on executive coaching, employee engagement, high-potential leadership development practices, and succession planning.
