How is the ‘new normal’ shaking up the HR tech market? At HR Tech 2020, a free-to-attend virtual event organised by Human Resource Executive, Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and dean of the Josh Bersin Academy, will attempt to answer this question and more.

Bersin will be joined on the esteemed lineup of keynote speakers by the likes of Stacey Harris, chief research officer, Sapient Insights Group; Stacia Garr, co-founder and principal analyst, RedThread Research; Jason Averbook, CEO and founder, Leapgen; Marcus Buckingham, author and Head of ADP Research Institute; Tolonda Tolbert, co-founder and head of strategy and culture, Eskalera; John Sumser, founder and principal analyst, HRExaminer; and Lisa Buckingham, executive vice-president and chief people, place and brand officer, Lincoln Financial Group.

They will discuss topics such as the importance of having organisational purpose during disruption, how organisations can redefine work, build resilience, address workforce health and safety, as well as highlight the role of leadership in a crisis.
